10-12 families, each child accompanied by at least one parent or caretaker

Class meets once a week for 45 minutes during 10 weeks (Fall, Winter & Spring semesters) and 6 weeks (Summer semester)

Children and adults sit in a circle and participate. Classes are led by a teacher trained by Music Together^® LLC and with early childhood music teaching experience

Teacher leads class in songs and rhythmic chants

Participation from the adults is encouraged as a way to model for the children

Music activities include: small and large movement, instrument play (egg shakers, sticks, variety of instruments), singing, improvisation, use of props (scarves, parachute, etc.), free dancing

All classes are mixed-age (from birth through age 5). Why mixed-age?click here
